  17. Police Briankeith Andre Whitfield, 37, 617 N. Birch St., was charged with going armed with intent, first-degree harassment, felon in possession of a firearm, third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 1:30 a.m. today at 603 W. Adams St. According to a Creston Police report, Whitfield threatened to kill the victim and upon investigation officers found an AR15 rifle with ammunition as well as a quantity of marijuana in his vehicle.
