LeRoy Clifford Giles, 73, of Tingley, died March 2, 2010, of lymphoma, at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Des Moines.
LeRoy was buried at sea in Norfolk, Va. Cedar Memorial Westside Chapel, Cedar Rapids, was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be directed to U.S.S. Intrepid Association.
