Railroad raising should lead to smoother travel

Locals know the roughest parts of Creston’s streets.

It becomes evident after a single trip across the railroad tracks on South Elm Street that this crossing should be taken at slower speed.

Creston Public Works Director Kevin Kruse said help could be on the way.
