Bobby Jo Haley, 45, of Creston was charged on a Union County warrant for the original charge of first-offense operating while under the influence 7:42 p.m. Tuesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.
According to a Union County Sheriff’s report, Haley was involved with a motor vehicle accident July 29, 2019 that resulted in emergency transport. Haley agreed to provide a blood sample for chemical testing. The sample was sent to the Division of Criminal Investigation Laboratory for testing and came back positive for narcotics.
Haley was being held in the Union County Jail on $1,000 bond.
