Adair County Sheriff

Michael Dickerson, 21, of Schererville, Indiana, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1:31 a.m. Dec. 2 at 110 5th St. in Adair.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Dickerson's vehicle jumped a curb to get behind the Casey's General Store in Adair. Officers arrived to investigate and found Dickerson asleep in the vehicle with it still in gear. Dickerson seemed disoriented and had no recollection of where he was. After further investigation, Dickerson was found to be in possession of marijuana.

Dickerson was being held in the Adair County jail on $1,000 bond.

Tracy Lehmann, 42, of Des Moines was charged with a warrant for violating terms of release on the original charges of third-degree burglary, two counts of second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary — motor vehicle 3:06 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Carroll County Sheriff's Office.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Lehmann was arrested on Nov. 10 in Polk County for fifth-degree theft, which violates the conditions of her release.

Lehmann was being held in the Adair County Jail on $5,000 bond.

David Robbins, Jr., 29, of Newell was charged with driving while barred and possession of a controlled substance 10:27 p.m. Thursday at the 2500 block of Highway 25.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Robbins had been observed driving 2000 Mitsubishi with only a rear license plate. Officers ran the plate to find it belonged to a different vehicle. After performing a traffic stop, officers found Robbins had no license and was in posession of a white crystalline substance determined to be methamphetamine.

Robbins was being held in the Adair County Jail on $2,000 bond.

Wesley Tolley, 47, of Winterset was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 9:56 p.m. Thursday at the 2500 block of Highway 25.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Tolley was a passenger to a vehicle stopped for falsifying registration. Tolley was found to be in possession of two glass pipes containing a white substance believed to be meth.

Tolley was being held in the Adair County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Rachel Colburn, 29, of Creston was charged with possession of drug parapherpnalia 12:23 a.m. Friday at the 2500 block of Highway 25.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Colburn was a passenger to a vehicle stopped for falsifying registration. Colburn was found to have a hypodermic needle that containted blood and appeared used.

Colburn was cited and released.

Cody Zimmerline, 28, of Adair was charged with first-degree harassment 1:16 p.m. Friday at 301 Audobon St. in Adair.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Zimmerline was threatening victims, saying he would slit their throats while using his hands to make stabbing motions.

Zimmerline was being held in the Adair County Jail on $2,000 bond.
