Sometimes we don’t appreciate what we have until we really need it.
Thank you Dr. Krogstad and Emily Turner for sending me on to Des Moines Lutheran Hospital. The emergency room staff and ambulance crews were very caring and everyone was amazing. It was a serious situation that took a turn for the worse resulting in the amputation of only one toe.
Thank you for all the help and prayers from so many people since this has happened. It will be a while until I can return to work. So I am hombound most of the time with doctor appointments out of town.
