Corbin Michael Loudermilk, 19, of Atlantic was charged on a Union County warrant for child endangerment — serious injury — 12:23 a.m. Monday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to Union County Court documents, Loudermilk was the caretaker of a minor child. When the child was returned to their mother, they appeared to have injuries. The mother took the child to Greater Regional Health where medical professionals determined the child had a fractured clavicle and bruises to the face, neck, arms and legs resulting from non-accidental trauma.

Loudermilk was being held in the Union County Jail on $10,000 bond.

Luke Allan Mullen, 36, of Orient was charged with driving while suspended 8:40 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of South Vine Street.

Mullen was released from the Union County Jail on $300 bond.

Michael Edward Baker, 33, 2156 Hi and Dry Rd., was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on the original charges of operating while under the influence and second-offense possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of contraband in a correctional institution 6:07 p.m. Monday on Highway 34.

According to a Creston Police report, Baker had two baggies with methamphetamine in them and a small glass pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine. He also methamphetamine hidden in his jeans pocket that was found once he was inside the jail. Baker had been asked if he had anything illegal in his pockets, to which he said, “No.”

Baker was being held in the Union County Jail on $8,300 bond.
