Steven Michael Nutt, 60, 509 S. Maple St., was charged with driving while barred 2:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West Taylor Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Nutt was seen driving on a public road. He stated he knows he is not supposed to be driving.
Nutt was released on $2,000 bond.
