Chaz Michael Dean Miller, 18, of Orient was charged with first offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia 1:20 p.m. Tuesday at 612 N. Birch St.
According to a Creston Police report, officers were executing a search warrant at 612 N. Birch St. and found a marijuana pipe with marijuana residue in Miller’s bedroom near a wallet.
Miller was released on $1,300 bond.

Brandon James Case, 27, 907 N. Oak St., was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of a protective order 11:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Case was being held in the Union County Jail awaiting an appearance before a magistrate.

Waymond Lee Foster Sr., 31, 612 N. Birch St., was charged with violation of a protective order, first offense possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia 1 p.m. Tuesday at his residence.
According to a Creston Police report, officers were executing a search warrant at Foster’s residence and found a marijuana pipe, scale, grinder, bong and other paraphernalia with marijuana residue throughout the house. Foster has an active protective order with a resident of the house.
Foster was being held in the Union County Jail awaiting an appearance before a magistrate.
