Brandi Lynn Atkins, 35, 508 W. Adams St, was charged with allowing an animal to run at large 2:45 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Adams and Broad streets.
According to a Creston Police report, a dog belonging to Atkins was running around West Adams and Broad Streets. Officers were forced to stop traffic on both streets as they tried to catch the dog.
Atkins was cited and released.
