Tyler Duane Lillie, 49, of Mount Ayr was charged on a Montgomery County warrant for a probation violation on an orignal charge of first offense operating while under the influence. Lillie was also cited for failure to provide proof of financial liability and driving while suspended 12:21 p.m. Tuesday on Temple Street in Lenox.
According to Montgomery County Court documents, Lillie failed to provide verification of obtaining a substance abuse evaluation or a successful discharge if treatment was recommended. Lillie also failed to provide proof of successful completion of drinking driver’s school, and, failed to pay $280 of a probation supervision fee.
Lillie was transported to the Montgomery County jail and held on $5,000 bond.
