Noah James Wardlow, 20, of Corning was charged with fifth degree theft 1:35 p.m. Monday at 806 Laurel St.
According to a Creston Police report, Wardlow was seen on video taking two pairs of headphones. While the Walmart loss prevention officer was speaking with him, Wardlow left the store and headed east on West Taylor Street on a bicycle.
Estimated loss was $24.76. Wardlow was released on $300 bond.

Ranaya Armani Folks was charged on an Iowa Department of Corrections warrant for parole violations on the original charge of willful injury 5:51 p.m. Monday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.
According to a Creston Police report, Folks violated her parole by failing to complete a court ordered repeat offender course, spraying a bleach solution on a victim — domestic assault charges are pending, missing a probation appointment and failing to maintain employment.
Folks was being held in the Adams County Jail until appearance before a magistrate.
