Dustin James Seley, 40, 422 Livingston Ave. was charged 10 a.m. Thursday on a Union County warrant for parole violations at the Adams County Jail.
According to a Creston Police report, Seley violated his parole by testing positive for methamphetamine — three times, failing to find and maintain full-time employment, failing to make payments on his supervision fee and court ordered financial obligation, tresspassing — twice, driving while suspended, missing court ordered supervision appointments — twice, possession of a controlled substance — marijuana, possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine, and operating while intoxicated.
Seley was being held on $5,000 bond.
