Wade Hiatt, 21, of Lorimor was charged on a Union County Warrant for third degree criminal mischief. 1:47 a.m. Saturday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.
According to a Creston Police report, Hiatt kicked in door at 603 2nd St/ in Lorimor. Hiatt does not own the property nor did he have permission to enter the house.
Estimated damages were between $500 and $1,000
Hiatt was released on $2,000 bond.

Reverend Haynie reported 9:50 a.m. Sunday, that sometime between 11 a.m. Saturday and 9:30 a.m. Sunday someone damaged the upper glass and frame of the front door of the Church of Christ, 510 S. Poplar St.
Estimated damage was $200.
