Crystal Dawn Huddleson, 41 407 S. Elm St., was charged on a Union County warrant for third degree burglary and false report of an indictable offense to public official 7:56 a.m. Tuesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, Huddleson had called the law center in Creston to report that items had been stolen from a residence. After further investigation, it was found that the items reported stolen by Huddleson had been taken from that residence by Huddleson. The victim stated that Huddleson did not have permission to take those items and entered the residence without permissinon.

Huddleson was being held on $15,000 bond.

Leah Rose Hayes, 32, 404 N. Oak St., was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of a protection order. 6:36 p.m. Tuesday at her residence.

According to a Creston Police report, Hayes was observed by a witness leaving the residence of the victim. There are active no contact orders between Hayes and the victim.

Hayes is being held awaiting a bond hearing.

Spencer Andrew Fisk, 24, 900 S. Birch St., was charged on a Wayne County warrant for violation of terms of probation 3:04 p.m. Tuiesday at his residence.

According to Wayne County court documents, Fisk violated his probation by continuous assaultive behavior toward other residents in the halfway home he was staying in, accessing FaceBook and attempting to contact individuals he was not allowed to contact.

Fisk was transferred to the custody of Wayne County.

Daniel Newell Snedeker, 54, of Diagonal was charged with driving while suspended 1:02 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North Maple and West Montgomery streets.

Snedeker was released on $300 bond.

Dustin James Seley, 40, 422 Livingston Ave., was charged with second offense tresspassing 3:05 pm. Wednesday at 404 N. Oak St.

Seley was released on his promise to appear.
