Zeke Alan Chafa, 37, of Greenfield was charged with driving while revoked, 11:19 a.m. Monday at the intersection of West Mills and North Elm streets.

According to a Creston Police report, officers observed Chafa driving and parking on North Elm Street. Chafa exited the vehicle. Officers verified that Chafa’s license was revoked. Chafa stated he was not driving twice, and then admitted he was.

Chafa was released on $1,000 bond.

Cari Lanette Langille, 41, of Missouri was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth degree theft 5:34 p.m. Monday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Langille was released on $300 bond.

Kyle Wesley Kreb, 33, 500 N. Bureau St., was charged with first offense possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia 4:50 a.m. today at the intersection of West Mills and North Division streets.

According to a Creston Police report, officers stopped Kreb for riding a bicycle on a city sidewalk in the business district. Kreb possessed pipes with marijuana residue and papers commonly used for making marijuana cigarettes and admitted to having marijuana in his backpack.

Kreb was released on $1,300 bond.
