Erron Jay Bolinger, 44, of Lenox was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia and Samantha Gile Smith, 28, of Creston was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 6:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of East Ohio Street in Lenox.
According to a Taylor County Sheriff’s report, deputies were investigating a violation of a protection order and saw drug paraphernalia in plain sight. A search warrant was executed and a bag of crystalline substance identified by deputies as methamphetamine was found.
Bolinger was being held on $1,300 bond, and Smith was being held on $300 bond.
