Lincoln United

Lincoln United held a regular scheduled meeting 6 p.m. April 15 at Greater Regional Health. The meeting was called to order by President Briley Dunning. There were five 4-H kids and four Clover kids present as well as both leaders.

Carley Zollman led the Pledge of Allegiance and Candace Zollman led the 4-H pledge. Roll call for this month was name one project they plan on taking to the fair. Treasurer’s report was given with the club having a balance of $551.39; there were no expenses for the month.

The club met on May 1 and made May Day baskets for the staff and residents at Crest Haven Care Center. Members made 35 baskets to pass out. Demonstrations for April were given by Corrie Reha, Candace Zollman and Caydance Wiese on how to make slime.

Brantley Hoakison provided the snacks for the meeting. The Clover kids did an activity by decorating cups and planting seeds in them.

The next meeting will be 6 p.m. May 20 at Greater Regional Health. Riley Beard will be the host for the month as well as give the demonstration.
