Daniel Buck Busenbarrick, 33, 311 S. Pine St., was charged with public intoxication and interference with official acts 2:16 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Adams and North Elm streets.

According to a Creston Police report, Busenbarrick had bloodshot, watery eyes, a strong smell of alcohol coming from his breath and was seen urinating in public. He refused officers’ commands and resisted attempts to handcuff him.

Busenbarrick was released on his promise to appear.

Stacy R Fargo, 40, 928 Sherman Ave., was charged with first offense operating while under the influence 12:24 a.m. Sunday.

According to a Creston Police report, Fargo ran a stop sign at Jarvis and Adams streets and then stopped in the intersection. She had an odor of alcohol on her breath and admitted to drinking earlier. Fargo’s blood alcohol measured .153.

Fargo was released on $1,000 bond.
