Tasha Susanne Moore, 41, 400 N. Cherry St., was charged with child endangerment 2:58 p.m. Monday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, Moore left her 7-year-old son at home alone while she was at work.

Moore was released on $15,000 bond.

Boone Daniel Hayes, 34, 302 S. Maple St., was charged with contempt – violation of a protective order 8:39 a.m. Tuesday at his residence.

According to a Creston Police report, Hayes was seen in a vehicle with the victim. The two parties have three no contact/protective orders between them.

Hayes was released on his promise to appear.

Leah Rose Hayes, 32, 404 N. Oak St., was charged with contempt – violation of a protective order 8:39 a.m. Tuesday at the Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Michael Palmer of Mount Ayr reported his vehicle was damaged 2:58 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North Cherry Street.

Palmer reported that someone egged his vehicle some time between 4 and 6 a.m. Tuesday.

Estimated damages were $100.

Gibson Memorial Library reported damaged windows 10:21 a.m. Tuesday at 200 W. Howard St.

The lcsibrary reported someone had shot a window in the building with a BB gun some time before 10 a.m. Tuesday.
