Gillibrand plans visit at Adams Street Espresso

On her fourth trip to Iowa, Senator Kirsten Gillibrand will hold more than 10 public events with caucus-goers during a three-day swing of the state. During her visit, Gillibrand will hold meet and greets with college students and launch a rural listening tour to hear from Iowa caucus-goers.

Gillibrand will kick off her rural listening tour in southwest Iowa, with stops in Creston, Clarinda, Atlantic, Harlan, Denison and Carroll. She will join caucus-goers to discuss mental health issues, access to affordable college, economic development and revitalizing main streets.

Gillibrand will launch her rural listening tour and meet with caucus-goers to discuss their concerns from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, April 18, at Adams Street Espresso, 213 W. Adams St., in Creston. Doors will open at 11:45 a.m. The public can RSVP at www.mobilize.us/kirstengillibrand/event/90254.
