Mariah Noelle Johannes, 23, 623 N. Birch St., was charged on an outside agency warrant 10:28 a.m. Thursday at her residence.
Johannes was being held awaiting an appearance by the magistrate.

Michael Edward Baker, 33, 1118 245th St., was charged with OWI and possession of a concealed weapon 3:06 a.m. today at 800 W. Taylor St.
According to a Creston Police report, Baker was found in the Casey’s parking lot passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle with the engine running and the keys in the ignition. There were open containers of alcoholic beverages and a loaded firearm in the vehicle.
Baker was released on $1,000 bond.
