Demion Lee Garrison, 40, 810 W. Adams St. Apt. 2, was charged with driving while suspended 1:32 p.m. Friday at the intersection of North Sumner Avenue and West Prairie Street.
Garrison was released on $300 bond.

Kaylee S. Nelson, 22, 122 Manor Dr. Apt. 3, was charged with OWI 1:45 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Adams and North Division streets.
According to a Creston Police report, officers stopped Nelson for driving in an erratic manor on West Adams Street. Nelson showed significant signs of impairment and failed a field sobriety test. A breath test showed her blood-alcohol level was above the legal limit.
Nelson was released on her own recognizance.

Kristine Jensine Porter, 31, 402 N. Elm St., was charge with driving while revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance 10:05 a.m. Sunday at 808 Laurel St.
According to a Creston Police report, Porter was stopped for driving while revoked. While questioning Porter, the officer smelled what was believe to be marijuana and during a search of the vehicle found a green, leafy substance and pipe.
Porter was released on $2,300 bond.
