Adair County Sheriff

Jason Eugene Sheeder, 36, of Guthrie Center was charged on an Adair County warrant for failure to appear 8:09 p.m. Feb. 3. in Guthrie Center.

Sheeder must serve 30 days with credit for time already served.

Angelic Lashay Lockheart, 25, of Des Moines was charged with public intoxication 10:19 p.m. March 3 at in Adair.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, an officer observed Lockheart at the Kum & Go. Lockheart was walking from the Chugwater restaurant and having trouble maintaining her balance and she entered the store and went into the women's restroom. While the officer waited in his patrol car for Lockheart to emerge again, he was notified of a call from the restaurant about an intoxicated female. When Lockheart came out of the bathroom, she was having difficulty walking and keeping her balance. The officer observed signs of intoxication. Lockheart told officers she had only consumed two drinks. Lockheart agreed to a breath test which showed her blood-alcohol content was above the legal limit.

Lockheart was released on her own recognizance.

Donald James Noggle, 48, of Stuart was charged with harassment 1:47 a.m. March 5 in Stuart.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, an officer responded to a call about a verbal domestic at a residence in Stuart. When he arrived, the officer observed Noggle through the window holding a metal file and yelling. The other party involved in the argument told the officer Noggle had threatened to kill her and her son.

Noggle was released on his own recognizance.

Joseph Eric Funke, 42, of Fontanelle was charged on a warrant for violation of probation 10:54 a.m. March 6 in Clarinda.

Funke was released on his own recognizance.

Rayvon Dawn McFarland, 20, of Bridgewater was charged with domestic abuse assault 1:08 a.m. March 7 in Greenfield.

According to an Adair County Sheriff report, McFarland assaulted her partner by pushing her and pulling her hair.

McFarland pleaded guilty and was released.

Jason Joseph Joliet, 23, of Adair was charged with OWI 10:51 p.m. March 8.

Bond information was unavailable.

Shane Sim Blackford, 27, of Chariton was charged on a warrant for violation of probation 2:02 a.m. March 9 in Chariton.

Blackford was released on $5,000 bond.
