Jessica Marie Larkin Hedgepeth, 24, 306 N. Vine St., was charged with second-offense possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Union County warrant for failure to appear 11:08 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of North Maple Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Larkin Hedgepeth was observed walking down North Maple Street by officers who knew she had an active warrant. The officers found two plastic bags and two glass pipes with residue in her possession during a search.
Larkin Hedgepeth was being held awaiting an appearance before the magistrate.

C’Anne Sabrie Hunter, 10, of Oklahoma and Yolanda Annabelle Lopez, 18, of Arizona were charged with fifth-degree theft 9:04 p.m. Sunday at Walmart.
According to a Creston Police report, Hunter and Lopez were caught attempting to conceal merchandise valued at less than $200 from Walmart.
Hunter and Lopez were both cited and released.
