Harriett Campbell

B. Harriett Campbell, 97, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019, at Ramsey Village in Des Moines.

Harriett was born July 3, 1921, in Lucas to Thomas and Blanche (Boyd) Griffiths. Her family was the most important thing to her and she treasured them beyond measure.

She is survived by her daughter Pam (Rodney) Knox; her grandchildren, Ty (Maggie) Knox and their children, Charlie and Chloe, Clint (Fran) Knox and Blake (Aubrey) Roth and their children, Ellis and Rosilan Roth; and other extended family.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Bernie Sevier; second husband James Campbell; parents, Thomas and Blanche Griffiths; stepdaughters, Rosilan (Rusti) Roth and Tina Menges; sister Marguerite Trusty and brothers, Wendell Griffiths and Herman Griffiths.

There will be a celebration of Harriett's life 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 25, at Hamilton's Funeral Home, 605 Lyon St., in Des Moines followed by burial in Graceland Cemetery in Creston.
