No citations were issued after an accident 11:44 a.m. Monday on West Montgomery Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Joseph Robert Reed, 73, of Creston was driving a 2016 Ford west on West Montgomery Street when he struck the open door of a 2009 Chevrolet. The owner was attempting to get out of the vehicle at the time of the accident.
Estimated damages to the Chevrolet were $1,500.
