Anthony Gene Keeler, 32, 610 N. Elm St., was charge with driving while barred 11:38 p.m. Friday on Highway 34.
Keeler was released on a promise to appear.

Corbin Michael Loudermilk, 18, 617 N. Pine St., was charged with disorderly conduct, interference with official acts and two counts of first-degree harassment 2:30 a.m. Saturday on East Montgomery Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Loudermilk yelled and used profanity toward officers as they investigated a noise complaint, resisted an officer’s attempt to put handcuffs on him, and behaved in a “fight-like” manner. Loudermilk threatened to shoot officers. After several warnings, Loudermilk escalated his remarks to threatening to kill the officers.
Loudermilk was being held on $4,300 bond.
