Steven Mathew Behlers, 29, of Afton, was charged on a Union County warrant for third-degree theft 3:32 p.m. Monday at the Law Enforcement Center.
Behlers was being held on $17,300 bond.

Meghan Bochniak, 402 N. Oak St. reported 8:09 a.m. Monday that sometime between 7 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday the back window of her vehicle was broken out while it was parked at her residence.
Estimated damages were $200.
