Jessica Larkin, 24, N. 306 Vine St., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 9:09 a.m. Friday on East Mills Street.

According to a Creston Police report, officers were called to East Mills Street and upon arrival found three individuals at the residence. Officers also observed a case with a glass pipe and a plastic bag containing a white, powdery substance inside. Larkin said the case and its contents were hers.

Larkin was released on $1,300 bond.

Waymond Lee Foster Sr., 31, of Afton, was charged with violation of a protection order, 11:15 a.m. Friday on South Sumner Avenue.

According to a Creston Police report, Foster sent a text to the victim after being served papers.

Foster was released on $300 bond.

June Quigley, 27, of Oakville, was charged on a Washington County warrant for violation of probation 12:32 p.m. Friday.

Quigley was released to Washington County custody.

Brady Salberg, 27, 304 W. Lucas St., was charged with second-offense possession of a controlled substance 12:38 p.m. Sunday at his residence.

According to a Creston Police report, officers were called to 304 W. Lucas St to speak with a staff member about a resident in possession of an illegal drug. Upon arrival officers were handed a plastic bag with what appeared to be marijuana that the staff member said belonged to Salberg. Officers also spoke to Salberg who said the marijuana belonged to him.

Salberg was being held on $2,000 bond.

Kevin Harris, 604 N. Maple St., reported 3:23 p.m. Friday that sometime between 3 p.m. Thursday and 5:30 a.m. Friday someone broke off the driver’s side mirror of his vehicle while it was parked at his residence.

Estimated damages were $100.
