Shari L. Lowe, 27, 1151 245th St., was charged on a Cass County warrant for probation violation 4:30 a.m. Thursday at the Law Enforcement Center.
Lowe was released on $1,000 bond.

Tyler Jon Hightshoe, of Afton was charged with fifth-degree theft, possession of a controlled substance 3:09 p.m. Thursday.
According to a Creston Police report, Hightshoe attempted to take a sound bar from Wal-Mart without paying for it. While officers were investigating this theft, Hightshoe admitted he had stolen a set of headphones, a watch and a flashlight in a separate incident, which was observed on surveillance video. During processing, a plastic bag containing a crystalline substance, which tested positive for methamphetamine, was found in Hightshoe’s pocket. Hightshoe was also charged on an active warrant for fifth-degree theft issued for an incident Nov. 25 when he concealed items valued at $40.74 and left the Afton Casey’s without paying for them.
Hightshoe was being held on $1,900 bond.
