No citations were issued following an accident 3:37 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of North Spruce and West Mongomery Streets.
According to a Creston Police report, Helena Marie Laster, 19, of Farmington, New Mexico, was driving a 2007 Ford north on North Spruce Street and failed to the right of way to a 2011 Dodge being driven by Laurel Dawn Gross, 55, of Creston, who was traveling west on West Montgomery Street. Laster’s vehicle collided with Gross’.
Estimated damage was $4,000 to each vehicle.
