Jones was being held on $2,000 bond.

Michael Skylar Ross, 23, 420 New York Ave., was charged with assault causing bodily injury 1:25 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of North Elm Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Ross assaulted the victim by punching him in the face while he was taking a drink from a glass.
Ross was released on $1,000 bond.

Shanda Faith Kile, 26, 305 N. Elm St. was charged on an Adams County warrant for failure to appear 10 p.m. Saturday at 903 N. Sycamore St.
Kile was transferred to Adams County custody.

Austin Allan Jones, 24, 903 N. Sycamore St., was charged with false imprisonment and domestic abuse assault impeding flow or air/blood 10:47 p.m. Saturday at his residence.
According to a Creston Police report, Jones falsely imprisoned the victim by placing his arm across her neck cutting off air flow and refusing to let her leave. The victim said she heard the officers at the door, but Jones refused to let her leave or answer the door and told her to be quiet.
Jones was released on $3,000 bond.
