Shaune William Tindle, 32, Steven Mathew Behlers, 29, and Heather Marie Davis, 35, all address unknown, were charged with trespassing 5:51 p.m. Wednesday at 209 W. Mills St. Apt. 2. Davis was also charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear.
According to a Creston Police report, officers received a call about someone trying to break into an apartment on West Mills Street. When they knocked on the door, Tindle opened it and allowed to officers to enter. As they were speaking with Tindle, they discovered Behlers and Davis were hiding in a closet. The apartment manager was contacted and officers were told the apartment was vacant and Tindle, Behlers and Davis were not allowed to be there.
Tindle and Behlers were being held on $300 bond each, and Davis was being held on $1,300 bond.
