Curtis Clayton Roe, 31, of Davenport, was charged with OWI 11:17 p.m. Oct. 3 on Interstate 80.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Roe was stopped for exceeding the speed limit on Interstate 80 and while speaking with him, officers observed signs of intoxication. Roe consented to a field sobriety test and a blood-alcohol test which showed he was above the legal limit.
Roe was cited and released.

Brad Lee Lemon, 38, of Creston, was charged with carrying weapons 4:06 p.m. Sunday on Highway 25.
According to an Adair County Sheriff report, Lemon was carrying a pistol inside his vehicle. He told officers it was in the door before he was pulled over, but he had moved it to between the front seats. The pistol was loaded and there was a round in the chamber. Lemon does not have a permit to carry.
Lemon was cited and released.

Chad William Johnson, 36, of Creston was charged on an outstanding warrant for violation of probation 5:02 p.m. Sunday.
Johnson was released on a $2,000 cash only bond.
