Joseph Dean Baze-Gaiser, 35, 208 S. Peterson St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Union County warrant for failure to appear 4:30 p.m. Monday at 810 W. Adams St.

According to a Creston Police report, while processing Baze-Gaiser for the failure to appear warrant, officers found a vape pen which had been used to smoke marijuana.

Gaiser was being held on $800 bond.

Diane Smith, 511 W. Irving St., reported 2:12 p.m. Monday that she had lost her debit card at Green Valley Lake around the end of August and that the card was later used at Fast Stop in Creston Sept. 2.

Estimated loss was $42.

Vicki Hartman, 412 N. Pine St., reported 1:01 p.m. Monday that sometime between 8 p.m. Sunday and 12:15 p.m. Monday someone poured blue paint on her vehicle while it was parked on Pine Street near her residence.

Estimated damages were $2,000.
