No citations were issued following an accident 1:14 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West Adams and North Lincoln streets.
According to a Creston Police report, Avis Joanne Hainline, 88, of Creston, was traveling east on West Adams Street in a 2011 Buick and Angela Michelle McDonald, 48, of Creston, was stopped at the intersection of West Adams and South Lincoln streets in a 2011 Chevrolet waiting for traffic to clear. Hainline was making a left turn, but turned too short and ran into McDonald.
Estimated damages were $1,500 to Hainline’s vehicle and $800 to McDonald’s vehicle.
