Monday: Salisbury beef with gravy, whipped redskin potatoes, country vegetables, dinner roll, apricots.

Tuesday: turkey breast, turkey gravy, mashed red potatoes, peas and carrots, multigrain bread, fluffy fruit salad.

Wednesday: breaded Pollock, tartar sauce, parslied potatoes, confetti coleslaw, wheat hamburger bun, hot spiced peaches.

Thursday: baked chicken breast, creamy tomato basil sauce, red potatoes, cabbage, multigrain bread, applesauce.

Friday: taco meat, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, taco sauce, sour cream, pinto beans, whole kernel corn, flour tortilla, blondie.
