Zachariah Thomas Benn, 24, 407 S. Elm St., was charged with driving while barred 8:53 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Industrial Parkway and Highway 34.

Douglas Mark Ringgenberg, 52, of Osceola, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and interference with official acts 8:47 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Adams and North Elm streets.
According to a Creston Police report, Ringgenberg was trying to cause trouble at an uptown establishment by arguing and refusing to leave, and when officers arrived he began yelling, cursing and making vulgar statements at them. He resisted arrest and fought with officers, refused to comply with orders and had to be forcibly removed from the patrol car once at the Law Enforcement Center.
Ringgenberg was released on $1,200 bond.

Anastasia Imsland, 24, of Gravity, was charged with driving while suspended 3:20 p.m. Saturday.

Steven Behlers, 29, 404 N. Oak St. Apt. 24, was charged with trespassing 7:10 p.m. Sunday at 806 Laurel St.

Brandon Clayton, 32, 1599 Maranatha Lane, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and public intoxication at the 200 block of North Elm Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Clayton hit the glass door at an uptown establishment causing the glass to break. Clayton refused a blood-alcohol test, however, officers did observe that he showed signs of intoxication.
Clayton was being held on $4,000 bond.

John Zimmerman, 102 N. Sycamore St., reported 6:51 a.m. Friday that sometime during the previous night, someone entered his vehicle which was parked at his residence and stole a backpack with a number of items including fishing gear, an emergency toolkit, personal water filter, hydration pack, disaster preparation kit, multipurpose knife, all purpose knife and a double mag bag.
Estimated loss was $1,005.
