David Allen Murphy, 27, of Garden Grove, was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of probation 11 a.m. Friday at the Law Enforcement Center.
Murphy was released on $2,000 bond.

Terry J. Greenslit, 57, of Lorimor, was charged on a Clarke County warrant for violation of a no contact/protective order – contempt 1:25 p.m. Friday at the Law Enforcement Center
Greenslit was transferred to Clarke County custody.

Anthony Gene Keeler, 32, 610 N. Elm St., was charged with driving while suspended 1:12 p.m. Friday at the intersection of West Montgomery and North Jarvis streets.
Keeler was released on $300 bond.

Curtis Alfred Jones Jr., 51, of Valentine, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance 11 p.m. Friday at McKinley Park.
According to a Creston Police report, Jones was parked east of the baseball field at McKinley Park. When an officer pulled up beside him and rolled down his window, he detected the strong odor of marijuana. Jones said he had been smoking marijuana and handed the officer a pipe with a material consistent with marijuana and a black round container with marijuana in it.
Jones was released on $800 bond.

Marshall Ray Keate, 25, 409 New York Ave., was charged with OWI 11:19 p.m. Friday at 401 S. Elm St.
According to a Creston Police report, Keate was observed staggering and nearly falling as he attempted to get into his vehicle. He was then seen driving away from the Adams Street area and hitting a curb. The witness followed Keate and identified him to officers. Keate consented to a field sobriety test, which indicated significant signs of impairment, and a breath test that showed a blood-alcohol content of .306.
Keate was released on $1,000 bond.

Nikole Henderson, of Greenfield, reported 7:21 p.m. Friday that sometime between midnight Wednesday and 5:30 a.m. Thursday someone stole medication, a television and 20 DVDs from her vehicle that was parked on Pine Street.
Estimated loss was $550.
