Rathe birthday card shower planned

The family of JoAnn Rathe is hosting a card shower in honor of her 60th birthday Aug. 7.

Her family includes Jake, Jacque, Vivi, Brody, Hanna, Addie, Jesse, Haylee, Cory and David.
