Monday: country fried steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, green beans, apricots.

Tuesday: almond Dijon chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, green peas with mushrooms, multigrain bread, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: Swiss steak, whipped redskin potatoes, seasoned green beans, wheat bread, spice cake.

Thursday: BBQ pork rib patty, BBQ sauce, red potatoes, coleslaw, hot dog bun, apple cobbler.

Friday: chicken Marsala, baked potato, sour cream, glazed carrots, multigrain bread, piña colada pudding.
