Jarrod Douglas Taylor, 21, of West Columbia, South Carolina, and Roger Ansel Harmon, 50, of Gaston, South Carolina, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 5 p.m. Thursday on West Taylor Street.
According to a Creston Police report, Taylor and Harmon were in their hotel room and had a marijuana pipe in their possession.
Taylor and Harmon were both released on a promise to appear.
