William Ridley of Creston was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and providing false identification, and Michelle Peterson of Creston was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia 11:45 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Highway 34 and Tulip Avenue.
According to an Adams County Sheriff’s report, Adams County K9 Unit conducted a traffic stop at which time K9 Baxo was deployed and indicated the presence of drugs prompting a search of the vehicle during which a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine was located. Both Ridley and Person also have outstanding warrants in other jurisdictions.
