No citations were issued after an accident 11:46 a.m. Friday in the parking lot of Iowa State Savings Bank located at 401 W. Adams St. in Creston.
According to a Creston Police report, Jeffery Allen Stafford, 19, of Creston, was backing a 2006 Chevrolet out of a parking space in the lot when he said he did not pay attention and did not see a 2007 Jeep that was being driven east in the lot by Kimba Maye Shaw, 21, of Creston, resulting in a low-speed collision.
Damage estimates were $1,500 to Shaw’s vehicle and $100 to Stafford’s vehicle.
