According to a Creston Police report, officers were dispatched to 611 W. Montgomery St. for a male that was laying in the front yard. When police arrived, they found a male subject laying in the front yard next to the driveway, approached him and asked him to wake up, but he did not move or do anything. Officers nudged him a few times before he sat up and kept looking down. When asked what he was doing, officers could not understand what he was saying. He stood up and started walking away. The man was identified as Stolk and he was looking around and said he was at home when asked where he was. Upon returning to the Law Enforcement Center with Stolk, a plastic bag with a green leafy substance was found to be in his possession. When asked what it was, he said it was marijuana and he knew it was illegal. When his breath was checked, his blood-alcohol content was .178.
