After a lengthy investigation, Bradley William Herring, an inmate in the Adams County Jail, was charged on Adams County warrants for second-degree sexual abuse and incest; at the same time, Amanda Jo Herring of Corning was charged on Adams County warrants for second-degree sexual abuse – aiding and abetting, child endangerment causing serious injury and child endangerment; and Sondra D. Damewood of Corning was charged on Adams County warrants for second-degree sexual abuse – aiding and abetting, child endangerment causing serious injury and child endangerment 7:27 p.m. Tuesday in Adams County.
All three were being held at the Adams County Jail on no bond until they could be seen by a judge.
