Library news

The following book titles and events are at Gibson Memorial Library, located at 200 W. Howard St., in Creston. Regular library hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and Wednesday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The library is closed on Sunday.

Free adult programs

“Beginning Drawing” will meet from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24, at the library. This free event is open to adults and high school students. Bring drawing supplies.

The “Adult Winter Reading” program ends 6 p.m. Friday, March 9. Registration and instructions are available on the second floor of the library.
