Bobbie Sue Flynn, 36, 201 N. Division St. Apt. 3, was charged with fifth-degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia 1:54 a.m. today in the 300 block of West Adams Street.
According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 1:30 a.m. police were called to 301 W. Adams St. because of a woman outside that was hallucinating and throwing things. The woman was identified as Bobbie Flynn. Flynn was taken into custody for criminal mischief in the fifth degree for damaging the movie theater window with a rock. While conducting a search of her purse, a yellow case was found. Inside the yellow case was a glass pipe used to ingest marijuana. The pipe contained a green, leafy substance that had not yet been smoked.
Flynn was being held on $1,600 bond.
