Dakota Shane Gaulden, 27, of Orient was charged on a Union County warrant for failure to appear for operating while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance 12:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Law Enforcement Center.
Gaulden was being held on $1,000 bond.

Weeks was being held without bond.
